It is a football program that focuses on enhancing the individual skills of football players, to help them improve faster in areas where they only can improve by working extra hard, individually.

PHYSICAL PERSONAL TRAINING

It is a one on one, customized personal training to become an elite athlete. The program will be curated according to the needs of the client and goal setting within the desired time period will be discussed. A thorough fitness assessment will be performed prior to designing the program.
